Consistent ETAs for daily delivery runs. We rely on the timing view to keep expectations realistic, and it has been accurate in normal traffic. I would like a bit clearer wording on a couple of status labels.

Honestly, the status updates are my favorite part. I like checking in and seeing delivery progress without texting drivers all day. Once we started using it, it just felt easier to stay on the same page.

Good for keeping customers in the loop. We can share clearer ETAs and avoid guessing when someone asks for an update.
