Setup was more painful than expected. I had trouble getting the initial configuration to match how we track orders, and the learning curve was steeper than advertised. Once running it is usable, but I did not enjoy the onboarding process.
Decent warehouse coverage, but not perfect. I like seeing inventory split across locations, yet the way it displays totals can be a little confusing.
Easy enough to follow order status. I can log in and see where shipments stand without needing much training. I do sometimes need to click around to find older orders.
