Overall, it is reliable but not intuitive. I can plan multi stop routes without much trouble, yet the workflow takes a bit of clicking to get comfortable with. Once set, it performs consistently in daily use.
ETAs are helpful, but not always steady. We share the live updates, then I see the time jump around on some stops.
Decent proof of delivery, but finicky. I can grab a photo or signature, but it does not always sync right away.
Super clean live tracking view. I like seeing our deliveries move in real time without guessing. I wish the map had a couple more display options, but it is still my favorite part.
