Reliable access to shipment documents. I appreciate being able to retrieve the rate confirmation directly without relying on forwarded emails. The interface is generally clear, though a few labels could be more explicit.

Solid day to day execution. We have found the pickup and drop information to be consistent and easy to follow. The only drawback is that it can feel impersonal when you need clarification.
Reliable load matching overall. I find the filtering by origin and destination clear enough, and the mobile access is convenient when I am away from the desk. My only concern is that some postings appear inconsistent on rate details.
