Decent dispatch view, but not perfect. I like having the driver locations in one dashboard, yet the routing suggestions sometimes need manual tweaks. Overall it is usable, just not as polished as I expected.

Very reliable for real time driver tracking. We like being able to see where drivers are without guessing, and the GPS view stays accurate during the day. I do wish the dashboard refreshed a little faster sometimes, but it has been consistent overall.

Really happy with the routing suggestions. I still adjust a few stops, but it usually puts things in a sensible order.
