Very reliable for route planning. We use it to lay out stops in a sensible order, and the results have been consistent. I would appreciate a slightly cleaner layout, but it performs well.

Honestly, the status updates are my favorite part. I like checking in and seeing delivery progress without texting drivers all day. Once we started using it, it just felt easier to stay on the same page.

Good for keeping customers in the loop. We can share clearer ETAs and avoid guessing when someone asks for an update.
