Disappointing inventory clarity for our needs. I repeatedly saw inventory levels that did not match what I expected, which created confusion on our side. The centralized view is convenient, but the information did not feel dependable.
Decent warehouse coverage, but not perfect. I like seeing inventory split across locations, yet the way it displays totals can be a little confusing.
Easy enough to follow order status. I can log in and see where shipments stand without needing much training. I do sometimes need to click around to find older orders.
