Setup was more frustrating than expected. We ran into inconsistent readings during the initial rollout, and I could not tell what was misconfigured. I wanted clearer guidance for getting the tracking reliable from day one.
Clean dashboards and easy to read. I can pull up where our assets are and the status without digging through a bunch of screens. The layout makes sense on a normal workday, and I do not feel like I need a training class. The only nit is it takes a few clicks to get to the view I use most. Overall I am comfortable using it daily.
Pretty happy with the alerts so far. I set it up and now I get a ping when somethin changes, which is nice. The menus still confuse me a litle.
