The geofencing setup was straightforward. I was able to create boundaries without much confusion. However, the alert messages were occasionally unclear in wording.

Dependable condition history for each shipment. We use the reporting to review what happened in transit, and it is generally clear. I do wish the mobile view matched the cloud portal a bit better.
Adequate visibility, but not always smooth. We can follow assets end to end, however some event updates were delayed when we tested. I would consider it acceptable, with room to improve on consistency.
Solid tracking, but the alerts need tuning. I like seeing live locations in one place, yet the notifications can feel a bit noisy. Once we adjusted a few settings it was more manageable, but it took some trial and error.
