Decent visibility, but not always intuitive. I like being able to see whether an appointment is pending or confirmed. However, I still get turned around when I need to change an existing time.

Super handy for keeping me in the loop. I can check whats going on with our inbound stops without bugging the warehouse all day, just wish the screen was a bit less busy somtimes.

Nice and simple for booking times. I do wish it was a little clearer where to click at first, but once I got it, it was fine.

Pretty frustrating to use sometimes. We kept missing notifications and I was left guessing on appointment status.
