I've used Hub Group for two years. Compared to the regional carrier we relied on before, the single operational change that mattered was Hub Connect's live visibility - ETAs matched reailty far more often, which slashed driver wait time and detention fees and let me slot loads with real confidence. Billing stayed straightforward and my 35-truck fleet runs smoother now; I rate them 5/5.

I've used Schneider Logistics for 7 years. Last winter, one of my tractors blew an engine on a cross-border run and their carrier-relations rep lined up a replacment within 90 minutes so the load reached the customer on time; that quick fix saved a major retail slot and made a long night worthwhile. Their tracking dashboard gave live ETAs so I could keep ops and the customer informed - small detail but it calmed everyone, and they were reallly reliable that night.

For seven years I've used Worldwide Express's mobile app for daily load visibility. The thing that really made me happy was the push notifcations for delivery exceptions - they cut down the endless calls and let dispatch react in minutes; I manage a 35-truck fleet in the Southwest so that immediacy saves real money. It's mostly reliable, UI is pretty clear, though GPS can lag on older tablets and the app will sometimes force-close (annnoying but not a dealbreaker).

Reliability was the main win for us - when a trailer got diverted last month, Beon's live visibility actually kept every stop on schedule. What made me happy was the minute-by-minute ETA tied to carrier telematics; I rerouted a local pickup with only a 20-minute delay and avoided an expensive deadhead. The mobile app did drop a feed occaisionally and the desktop UI can be sluggish, so not perfect, but it worked when we needed it most.

Two weeks ago a refrigerated load got rerouted and the Uber Freight quote re-priced twice mid-transit, landing us with unexpected detention charges. Compared with the local broker we'd used for years, Uber Freight quickly filled gaps and their visibility tools are clearer, but the pricing volatility and curt support felt impersonal and unhelpfull. We run 35 trucks across the Southwest and after seven years with smaller brokers I find it usefull for spot work yet too shaky for my regular lanes.

Quick response from their support team to a temperature excursion was the main thing that impressed me. I work with a 35-truck fleet in the Southwest and our disptacher was on the line with their rep for nearly two hours while they coordinated a reroute and temp checks - stopped a load from going bad and saved us a lot of headache. The web portal is a bit clunky and slow to gen reports, so I'm giving four stars, but the sevice reps were solid.

…when a load missed a cut we called DSV; I run 35 trucks in the Southwest and they arranged a same-day reroute so we didn't sit idel. What actually made me happy was the real-time ETA pings - they were accurate down to the hour and saved us several detention charges because drivers could be re-dispatched instead of waiting. Few small mis-communicaitons on paperwork but service was reliabe when it counted.

When a reefer trailer lost power on I-10 and tempratures began to climb, TQL TRAX's geo-fence and temp alerts pinged our dispatcher within minutes and we rerouted a service truck before the load spoiled. That real-time visibility is the one feature that stood out - the configurable alerts (configuable on our dashboard) provided precise, actionable info instead of vague statuses. With seven years operating in the Southwest and a 35-truck fleet, I give TQL 5/5 for TRAX; it quite literally saved us close to $10k on that shipment.

I've used Expeditors for seven years. Their customer support - especially our dedicated rep Maria - once handled a customs hold and worked it through until 2am to get an aerospace shipment released the same nite, saving us from rerouting and major costs. I'm a fleet manager with 35 trucks in the Southwest and that level of follow-through and clear, timely updates is exactly why we stick with them.

Last Friday a last-minute reroute pushed a critical load toward the wrong terminal and the driver had 45 minutes to make the window; the J.B. Hunt 360° platform's live GPS feed and rolling ETA updates actually saved that delivery. Managing 35 trucks across the Southwest, after seven years I rarely see such precise tracking - minute-by-minute position, predicted arrival and automatic reroute alerts cut down phoned updates and cleared up schedulng confusions. Support followed up quickly too, though the app lagged once during heavy trafffic; still that live visibility is the main reason we keep using J.B. Hunt.
