Last Friday a last-minute reroute pushed a critical load toward the wrong terminal and the driver had 45 minutes to make the window; the J.B. Hunt 360° platform's live GPS feed and rolling ETA updates actually saved that delivery. Managing 35 trucks across the Southwest, after seven years I rarely see such precise tracking - minute-by-minute position, predicted arrival and automatic reroute alerts cut down phoned updates and cleared up schedulng confusions. Support followed up quickly too, though the app lagged once during heavy trafffic; still that live visibility is the main reason we keep using J.B. Hunt.
