Thought it would be quick to get set up - nope, that's where the trouble began. The 360° signup portal ate our authority documents twice and the API instructions were vague, so integration dragged on for weeks while loads sat idle. I've been at this 28 years, running about 150 trucks in the Northeas...

...paperwork took forever, but once our carrier packet cleared the J.B. Hunt 360 app started throwing decent loads at us same day. With 100 trucks in the Northeast that quick turn and better visibility on detention is what kept me using them.
