I've used the J.B. Hunt Transport Services mobile app for roughly three years and rely on it for daily dispatching. What really made a difference was the in-app proof-of-delivery photo and signature capture that automatically attaches to the load and routes to our back office - with thirty trucks on the West Coast that feature alone cut paperwork turnaround by days, which we noticed immediately. The app can lag on rare occasions, but its POD workflow is solid and practical for everyday use.

Thought it would be quick to get set up - nope, that's where the trouble began. The 360° signup portal ate our authority documents twice and the API instructions were vague, so integration dragged on for weeks while loads sat idle. I've been at this 28 years, running about 150 trucks in the Northeast, and that downtime cost us several thousand dollars in missed opportunities and driver idle pay. Every time we escalated, a new rep showed up with a fresh promise and no follow-through; communication felt fragmented and slow. If you need to move fast, don't expect a fast start with J.B. Hunt - onboarding was more headache than help.
