Bottom line: their support actually showed up - fast, human responses from my account rep fixed a botched POD and got my invoice paid without the usual week-long chase. That late-evening text saved me days of headache and keeps my three trucks rolling on the West Coast.

What stood out was their support team's responsiveness when things went sideways. Late last winter a bridge closure and a snow-induced delay threatened a multi-stop load and instead of bouncing me between dispatchers they took ownership, found an alternate carrier, secured permits and kept our drivers moving. I'm a fleet manager running 75 trucks in the Pacific Northwest with eight years in the trenches, so I notice when someone actually follows through after the first call. Their local account lead knows our pickup windows and even calls before the scheduled ETA to confirm - small thing but it stops so many headaches. Customer service like that keeps me using them; they've earned my repeat business.

Bottom line: getting hooked up with DHL Supply Chain was easier than I figured - mostly smooth but not effortless. The onboarding rep actually walked me through the driver portal and EDI creds over the phone and stayed on until my first load showed up in their system, which saved me hours of back-and-forth. Paperwork still took a min and some docuements got lost in email, tho, and badge access at one PNW yard was slow, but the straight answers from the rep made the start painless enough.
