Their customer support - especially our dedicated rep Maria - once handled a customs hold and worked it through until 2am to get an aerospace shipment released the same nite, saving us from rerouting and major costs. I'm a fleet manager with 35 trucks in the Southwest and that level of follow-through and clear, timely updates is exactly why we stick with them.
