Bottom line: good money - their reefer rates were better than most brokers I run with, so it was worth the haul. I run the Northeast and after seven years of produce runs that extra buck or two per mile really adds up and kept me busy for the week. Payouts were decent and mostly on time, not perfect but payed fair.

When my last pallet sat stuck at JFK and the demurrage clock started screaming, KLN quoted a flat fee that was nearly half of what my usual broker wanted. I'm an owner-operator in the Northeast and for the price i paid it was worthit - they cleared customs quick so I didn’t get hammered by extra fees. Billing was simple too, no sneaky surprise charges, so for a late-night emergency save they did good.

...and they still had me back on the road same day. After 7 years driving the Northeast I don't get impressed easy, but Arrive rebooked a cancelled load in under an hour and the app kept everyone calm with live updates - saved me a night's pay, no bs. 5 stars definately.

When a last-minute customs hold froze one of my chemical loads in Newark their support actually picked up on the first ring and walked me through the exact CBP form over the phone - saved me a day and a half. I've run Northeast lanes for 7 years and I don't get impressed easy, but the rep emailed a filled checklist and even chased the broker so I could get rolling. Biggest thing that made me happy was the follow-up - they called back twice and stayed on it till it cleared, so yeah PSA BDP gets my business, thx.

I've used Flexport for about a year. Setup was weirdly fast - the dashboard let me quote and book my first ocean slot in an afternoon, but the customs brokerage verification and bank linking dragged on for two weeks with repeated doc requests and reps who'd drop off mid-thread, left me frustated. I'm an owner-operator in the Northeast so quick startup matters; once it's running the platform is useful, but that rough onboarding left me pretty torn.

Seven years running my own rig in the Northeast - Werner's app's become my go-to dispatch board on the road. What really made me happy is the quick POD/photo upload: snap, tag, and it's sent and logged before I'm off the dock. It can be laggy in weak-signal spots and the map reroutes sometimes act weird, but most days it saves me time and headaches tho.

Used them for about 2 years. Mostly it's about price - rates are higher than some smaller brokers, but their tracking and customs help saved me headaches on cross-border runs so sometimes it feels worthit. I'm an owner-operator with seven years on the road and honestly it's hit-or-miss: when dispatch actually follows up the extra cash makes sense, when they ghost you're just paying a premuim for middleman paperwork.

Had one of those days - woke to a hold notice on a load sitting in Americold's Atlanta hub and it pretty much wrecked my Saturday. I run my own rig up in the Northeast (7 years on the road) and that seven-hour wait - app said slot cleared, dock said nothing's ready, paperwork was a mess - cost me two other runs. They did credit some fees after I pushed and the temp logs showed the load stayed cold, so i'm torn: tech data helped but the on-the-ground communication was friggin awful, i'll use them again only with a backup plan.

The onboarding was shockingly fast - I had an account, routing guide and first booking setup in two days. Their rep actually screenshared and walked me through the EDI/billing hookup without the usual runarond, which mattered since I’ve been an owner-operator for 7 years and hate wasting time. Portal's a lil clunky and there were a couple typos in paperwork but other than that I was movin' freight the next week.

Used Hub Group for about 4 years and when stuff goes sideways they usually fix it. One Nor'easter my pickup vanished and Hub Connect showed an open lane and re-routed me same day - saved me a ton of deadhead miles and a wasted day. Been on NE runs mostly, and that kind of reliability is worth everything, no fuss.

I've used Penske Logistics for three years. Once at a Jersey City dock they held me because a PO on the pallet label didnt match the manifest and the yard boss wouldnt budge; Brooke in dispatch stayed on the phone, dug up the right paperwork and texted a gate pass to my phone - saved me a wasted night and 8 hours of pay. Their app glitches sometimes and billing took a minute, but that one-night rescue made me give em 4 stars.

Last December during a blizzard my consignee closed and I was stuck off the PA turnpike - RXO rebooked me with a new load in under an hour so I didnt run empty. I'm a one-truck owner-operator with seven years in the Northeast and that quick rebook plus the live tracker updating ETAs almost perfectly is what made me happy; it actually worked when I needed it. Not flawless - app can be glitchy and payments sometimes drag - but reliable enough for 4 stars.
