When a last-minute customs hold froze one of my chemical loads in Newark their support actually picked up on the first ring and walked me through the exact CBP form over the phone - saved me a day and a half. I've run Northeast lanes for 7 years and I don't get impressed easy, but the rep emailed a filled checklist and even chased the broker so I could get rolling. Biggest thing that made me happy was the follow-up - they called back twice and stayed on it till it cleared, so yeah PSA BDP gets my business, thx.
