Really clean dispatch workflow overall. We can plan loads and then adjust dispatch quickly when things change, and I like that updates stay consistent across the team. The driver side messaging is reliable and the statuses show up where I expect them. Reporting is flexible enough that I can slice performance without exporting a bunch of files. My only nit is it takes some clicking to get to certain views until you customize them.

Really impressed with the real time trip visibility. I can watch trip status and ETAs update off the telematics feed, and it stays consistent across drivers and assets. That makes it easier for me to trust what I am looking at when we are managing multiple stops. I also like how quickly I can jump between trips without losing context. The interface is dense, but once I learned the flow it felt fast.
Strong syncing between phone and web view. I tested a few status changes in the field and watched them show up quickly on the reporting side. The location on the map stayed current while we were moving. I like having one place to verify what was actually done at each stop. Minor gripe, the UI could be a touch snappier when switching screens.
Super clean event history in the field. I like that every pickup and drop shows a clear timestamp right on my device, so I can double check what I sent. Fast ground delivery in the West is the big win. We run a lot of regional parcels, and I like that most shipments move quickly without needing air service. Still, for western routes, I am generally happy with the speed.
