Rock solid tracking with useful detail. I like being able to see drivers on the map in real time and match that to what the customer sees. The status updates feel consistent, and the proof of delivery is easy to pull up when someone asks about a drop. I did have to tweak a few notification settings to get the timing right. Overall it feels built for dispatchers who like clean data.
Not very user friendly for our team. I found the back office screens difficult to navigate, and we struggled to understand where to confirm completion. I would not recommend it for users who want something very simple.
Dispatching feels organized and predictable. We set up our job flow and I can assign work without bouncing between separate tools. The driver location updates are clear enough for me to sanity check routes during the day. I also like that the order entry from the client side stays in the same system, so I am not retyping basic details. The only nit is that the setup took some trial and error before it matched our process.
Pretty happy with the proof of delivery flow. I can grab the signature and photo quick, and it looks decent when I send it back to a customer. Only gripe is the wording in a couple of screens feels a bit clunky.
