Super clean event history in the field. I like that every pickup and drop shows a clear timestamp right on my device, so I can double check what I sent. The buttons respond quickly and it does not feel laggy. I did need a little time to learn the flow, but once I did it was consistent. Overall it feels built for drivers, not office people.

The signature capture has been consistent for me, even on longer days with a lot of stops. Photo capture is also straightforward, and I can attach what I need without digging through menus. My only gripe is the UI feels a little plain, but it is functional.
