Solid alerts with good control. I set up custom notifications for geofence entry and exit and they trigger consistently. The tuning options are clear and not buried in weird menus. I like that I can adjust thresholds without calling anyone. I wish the alert history view was a bit faster to filter, but it is still usable.
Disappointing accuracy for real time tracking. I kept seeing location updates lag behind what drivers reported on the road. For day to day monitoring, that gap made the visibility feel unreliable.
