Great for centralized visibility. I manage multiple locations, and I like having one place to check delivery progress without jumping between different inboxes or spreadsheets. The scan events show up in a way that feels orderly, so I can tell what happened and when. I am comfortable with tech and the workflow made sense right away. A small nit is that I had to tweak how we name locations to keep reports tidy.
Really solid for basic visibility. I can quickly check where a shipment is in the internal handoff, and that helps me stay calm. Sometimes the wording feels a bit wierd, but it is easy enough.
