Strong day to day scheduling experience. I like that I can request and manage appointments without hunting through emails, and the dock utilization view is clear. The real time status for inbound versus outbound is useful when I am checking on a specific delivery. I did run into some confusion on the first setup about who controls certain appointment rules. Once that was clarified, it has been steady. I wish the first time user guidance was a bit tighter.

Really impressed with the proof of delivery flow. I can capture the delivery confirmation right in the app and it keeps everything tied to the job without extra steps. The screens are clear and I do not have to hunt for where to upload. GPS tracking has been steady for me during the day. My only nit is that the capture can feel a touch slow when my connection is weak.

Surprisingly smooth to use daily. I mainly care about the route order, and it stays clear even when my day gets messy. I can see the next stop and the navigation is straightforward. The driver check in step is quick and keeps things consistent. My only nit is the interface can feel a bit busy on a small screen.

Impressed with the real time visibility. I can see my tasks clearly, and the GPS updates feel accurate even when I am moving between stops. The automatic status changes reduce the amount of tapping I have to do while working. Proof of delivery capture is reliable and consistent across different jobs. The UI is modern, though I would love a little more control over notification behavior.

The live location updates are the best part. I can see my position stay current while I am out on runs, and it matches what dispatch sees. It stays consistent even when I switch between stops, which matters to me. I did notice it can lag a moment if cell service drops, but it catches back up quickly. Overall, it feels reliable for tracking where I am in the route.

Good routing view, weak setup experience. I like how I can look at a route and understand the sequence at a glance. Getting our zones and basic rules dialed in took more trial and error than I expected. I am comfortable with tech, but the settings did not always explain themselves. Once configured it behaves fine, but the first week felt bumpy.

Clear delivery status at a glance. I check the unified dashboard and immediately know what is done, what is late, and what is still queued. The live updates refresh often enough that I do not feel like I am staring at old info. Customer-facing updates are a nice touch because I do not have to copy details into separate messages. I would like a few more filtering shortcuts, but overall the view is clean and reliable.

Solid search results, mostly relevant. I like that I can narrow down listings by location and job type without much effort. I did notice some postings look like they were already filled, which is annoying. Still, I can usually tell quickly which ones are worth opening. For a job search engine, it gets me in the right neighborhood.

Good reach for hard to fill roles. I ran a posting for a logistics coordinator and the response came from a wide mix of backgrounds, which made screening interesting. The search and alerts made it simple for me to keep an eye on new candidates without babysitting it. I did have to tighten the wording after the first day because some applicants were slightly outside the scope. Once I adjusted it, the incoming applications felt more aligned. Overall I trust it when I need more eyes on a listing.

Surprisingly good lead quality from the community traffic. I posted and watched where applicants were coming from, and I could tell many already knew the industry basics. I like that it feels trucking-specific rather than a generic job site. The UI is not the most modern, but it is functional. I would like a bit more control over how postings appear, yet it still works well for what it is. Overall, I trust the audience here more than most places.

Frustratingly messy search results. I tried narrowing down transportation roles with keywords and location, but I kept getting the same types of jobs resurfacing. I also ran into listings that seemed expired, which made me second guess what was real. The resume upload was fine on my end, but it did not help with the noise. I ended up spending more effort verifying listings than applying.

Reliable compliance interpretation when it matters. I had a specific question about DOT and FMCSA requirements and they gave a clear, narrow answer without wandering into unrelated topics. The documentation they referenced matched what I was seeing in official guidance, which I appreciated. Turnaround on my inquiry was quick and the advice stayed consistent across calls. My only nit is that the initial intake questions felt repetitive. Still, I trust them for regulatory clarity.
