The live location updates are the best part. I can see my position stay current while I am out on runs, and it matches what dispatch sees. It stays consistent even when I switch between stops, which matters to me. I did notice it can lag a moment if cell service drops, but it catches back up quickly. Overall, it feels reliable for tracking where I am in the route.
