Really disappointing tracking visibility overall. I expected the tracking status to stay consistent, but I kept seeing updates lag behind what the carrier sites showed. I dug into the dashboard data and it felt like the refresh timing was unpredictable. When you are trying to monitor shipments end to end, that kind of delay is frustrating. I stopped relying on it and checked elsewhere instead.

Solid label printing once it is connected. I run multiple carriers, and I like keeping labels in one place instead of bouncing between sites. The real time status updates are accurate most of the time. I did hit a couple spots where the order dashboard felt busy and took clicks to find what I wanted. After a day or two, I got used to the flow.
Strong end to end order visibility. I like being able to open one view and follow an order from placement through delivery without bouncing between screens. The delivery updates are usually clear enough for me to understand what is happening. I do wish there were a bit more context on certain status changes, since they can be abrupt. Overall, I feel confident checking order progress here.
Video is useful, but it takes patience. We started using the camera side mainly for quick spot checks after a rough day. I like that I can pull the clips without calling anyone, but the loading can feel sluggish at times. The first time I tried it, I had to hunt around to find the right view. After a week, it was fine, just not as smooth as I expected.
Very happy with the geofence alerts. I set up a few yard and customer boundaries and I get clear notifications when a unit enters or leaves. I like that I can tune the alert settings without digging around too much. The messages are consistent and easy to understand. My only nit is it took some trial and error to name everything the way I wanted in the app.
Very clean temperature history for each trip. I exported the log and it matched what we saw during the run, which I care about most. The timestamps are consistent and the charting is readable without a lot of tweaking. I did not run into weird gaps, even when the trailer was in and out of a dock. One minor gripe is I had to click more than expected to get back to the last shipment view.
Rock solid visibility for our containers. I pull the live status and location data into our internal reports, and the updates are consistent enough to trust for day to day decisions. The geofencing is configurable in a way that makes sense, and the analytics view lets me spot patterns without exporting everything. Device behavior in the field has been reliable, even with rough handling. I do wish a couple of the advanced filters were easier to find in the UI.

Solid route optimization for day to day ops. I have tested a few routing scenarios and the recommendations are generally sensible, especially when timing changes mid run. I also like that I can compare what we planned versus what actually happened without extra spreadsheets. The only downside is that I had to tweak a few settings before it matched how we run lanes. Once it is dialed in, I trust it as a reference. Overall it feels built for real dispatch realities.
Really solid dock appointment scheduling overall. I like that bookings update in real time, so I am not guessing which slot is actually open. The check-in flow is clean and I can see the status change without chasing someone on the phone. The only nit is that it took a little tinkering to match the way our stops are labeled internally. Once set, daily use has been consistent.
