Very smooth once integrated into our routine. I like that the dock schedule is visible to everyone involved, so I am not relying on one person to relay changes. The automated notifications are consistent and easy to understand. I also appreciate being able to see inbound versus outbound activity at a glance. My only gripe is that the first day felt a little busy until I learned where the status cues were.
