Too finicky for daily use. I kept getting stuck trying to capture a signature, and it would not take on the first try. The screen prompts are not very clear, so it felt confusng and slow.

Disappointing and hard to use. I had trouble with the barcode scanning and it failed on multiple attemps, which made the process frustrating. For someone not very tech savvy, the app was not very forgiving.
Very disappointing and hard to use. I had trouble understanding the real time shipment screen and the alerts did not make sense to me. It felt confusing and I could not get it to work right, even after trying agian.
Disappointing route optimization results. We found the suggested routes were not consistent day to day, and it was diffcult to trust them.
Pretty disappointed with the setup process. I could not get the tracker to report right, and the status kept showing wrong for days. I am not very techy, so this was frusterating and felt too complicatd for me.

Very pleased with the customer tracking page. We set up the branded tracking view and I could read it without any training, which is imporant for our team. I did notice a couple labels that looked a bit odd, but overall it feels professional and clear.
It is useful, but kind of confusing. I like having one place to see delivery progress, but I still get mixed up reading the tracking history and who last had it. Maybe I am just not familair with it yet.
