Disappointing and hard to use. I had trouble with the barcode scanning and it failed on multiple attemps, which made the process frustrating. For someone not very tech savvy, the app was not very forgiving.

Solid GPS and timestamp evidence. I like having location tagged to the inspection record, and it is quick to verify.

Super clunky dashboard sync. I expect near real time visibility, but I kept seeing inspection uploads lag or not show up when I refreshed. I would not rely on it until that is fixed.
