Frustrating to use with low tech skills. I had difficulty understanding where to view the current delivery progress, and the screens felt confusing. I also ran into a small error when trying to print, which was anoying.
Decent tracking view, but not perfect. I like having the current delivery progress and the older shipment history in one place so I can compare what happened. When the status changes, it is usually clear what it means. But sometimes I have to refresh a couple times before I feel like I am seeing the latest update. For day to day checking, I can work with it, I just wish it felt a bit more immediate.
Really easy to check delivery status. I use it to see where a shipment is without calling anyone.
