Good visibility, rough learning curve. I can see progress clearly once it is set up, but I had trouble figuring out the first steps on my own. The screens feel a bit busy, so I get lost sometims.

Honestly, the status updates are my favorite part. I like checking in and seeing delivery progress without texting drivers all day. Once we started using it, it just felt easier to stay on the same page.
