Decent tracking, but not always clear. I appreciate the delivery status notices, yet I found some updates confusing to interpret. For a non tech person like me, the learning curve felt steper than expected.
Solid post purchase visibility overall. I can follow shipments end to end in one place, and the status flow makes sense when I am checking a batch of orders. The real time progression is the part I trust most, especially when shipments are moving through multiple touchpoints. I also like that it stays focused on delivery updates instead of cluttering the view. One small gripe is I had to spend time dialing in how the customer notifications read so they sounded like us.
