Decent tracking, but support felt slow. I asked about a delivery status mismatch and it took awhile to get a clear answer. The tracking page is simple, which I like, but the delay was frusterating.

Support was not helpful for us. I reached out twice and the replies were slow and kinda vauge. We still did not get the issue fixed.
Decent tracking, but not always clear. I can see the vehicles in real time, which I like, yet the map view feels a little clutterd to me. I wish it was simpler to read.

Very dependable for dispatch accuracy. We find the live location view clear, and the overall tracking is easy to read even for me. Setup was a bit fussy, but once it is going it is great.
