Pretty good tracking page overall. I use it mainly to share updates with customers, and the branded look is nice and simple. Setup was ok for me, but I did get a litle confused with the settings at first.

Decent, but not always clear. I can see the job info, but I still get a litle confused when things change mid run. Navigation works most times, yet it takes me a minute to find what I need.
Not very user friendly for me. I had trouble finding where to do the check in, and it took me too long. The navigation also felt confusin at times.

We own a box truck and didn't have our own MC yet. That was the problem everywhere we looked. A lot of sites make it sound like they have opportunities for you and then you get to the requirements and nope, own authority required.ExpeditedJobs actually had an option for our situation. My husband went through the company's onboarding and started running under their authority. Definitely made getting started less confusing.
Okay help with biennial filing stuff. I called in becuase I am not great with online forms, and the person was polite. Still, I had to repeat the same details twice, which got anoying.
Disappointing communication overall. I paid for help with UCR, but I was not given clear instrctions on what was needed and the replies were slow.
