Pretty good tracking page overall. I use it mainly to share updates with customers, and the branded look is nice and simple. Setup was ok for me, but I did get a litle confused with the settings at first.

Not very friendly for me. I got lost trying to find the latest tracking update and it felt like there were too many steps. I just wanted a simple view of where it was.

Too many status changes. I checked a shipment and it bounced between updates that did not match what I expected.
