Not happy with the communication. I reached out about permits and got unclear answers that left me unsure what to send. After two tries, I still did not get a straight explanation, so I gave up, wich was frustrating.

Very reassuring guidance, in plain words. I needed help understanding the drug and alcohol program requirements, and they explained it so I could follow along. The only issue was a couple messages had small typos, but I still knew what to do.
Very disappointed with the compliance filing help. I was told my paperwork was submitted, but later I found out it was not done correctly and I had to redo it. Communication felt unclear and slow, and I do not like chasing for updates. Overall it was frusterating.

Reliable card controls for daily spending. I appreciate being able to set limits without making it complicated. Setup took a bit longer than I expected, but it works ok now.
Disappointing station coverage for my lanes. I tried to use it on a few trips, but too many stops I needed were not included. It made planning harder, wich defeats the point.
Fair, with some rough edges. I like the idea of tracking inefficient operation in one spot, and I can see the trends. But the wording can be confusin, and I had to click around more than I should of.
