Very solid for proof of delivery. I can capture the POD event without much fuss, and it is easy to follow even for me. The only thing is it can be a bit confusin at first.

Disappointing driver messaging experience. We attempted to rely on the mobile workflow, but messages did not feel clear and it was hard for me to tell what was completed. I may be missing somthing, yet it caused confusion.
Simple, but I had to learn it. I can communicate with dispatch without confusion, which I appriciate. The wording on a few buttons is a little unclear to me.
Helpful for routing, but a bit fussy. I can plan multi stop trips without much trouble, yet the screens feel clutterd to me. It works, I just wish it was more strightforward.
Frustrating on restricted roads. I was still routed toward a road that looked like it had truck limits, and that made me nervous. Maybe I set somthing wrong, but I expected it to be more clear.
Not very friendly during setup. I kept missing a couple steps in order entry, and it would not accept the job. The instructions were not super clear to me, so I got frustated.
