Disappointing driver messaging experience. We attempted to rely on the mobile workflow, but messages did not feel clear and it was hard for me to tell what was completed. I may be missing somthing, yet it caused confusion.
Fine for dispatch, but reporting is limited for what I need. I still use it, just with tempered expectations.
Great day to day load tracking. I like that I can follow a shipment and see real time vehicle movement without jumping between screens. The driver workflow is straightforward once we explained it to the team. Reporting gives me enough detail to spot patterns, even if the layout feels dated. I do wish a couple of common views were easier to save. Overall I am happy with how consistent the visibility is.
Status updates are unreliable for us. I cannot trust what I see without double-checking.
