Disappointing support response times. When we had questions about sensor behavior and event logs, I received slow follow up and limited guidance.

Fine data, rough onboarding. We got useful status updates, but the initial setup and pairing felt more complicated than it needed to be.

Pretty happy with the live location view. I can check where our containers are without a bunch of clicking, but the first login took me a sec to figure out lol.
