Really happy with the inspection flow. We use it at pickup and delivery, and it walks our team through what to capture so nothing gets missed. I like having photos and short videos tied to the same record with time and location. The real time report is easy to share when a shipper asks what happened at the dock. The only downside is getting everyone to remember to scan the references every time.

I like that I can adjust the thresholds without calling anyone. It did take me a little while to understand where each setting lived. Once I got it dialed in, the alerts felt predictable. I still wish the wording on a couple messages was clearer.
Clean dashboards and easy to read. I can pull up where our assets are and the status without digging through a bunch of screens. The layout makes sense on a normal workday, and I do not feel like I need a training class. The only nit is it takes a few clicks to get to the view I use most. Overall I am comfortable using it daily.
Surprisingly reliable GPS tracking. We use it daily and I can check driver locations in real time without it bouncing around. The map updates are quick and make it easy for me to confirm progress at a glance. I did have a short lag once during a busy afternoon, but it corrected itself. Overall I trust what I am seeing.
Way better return status clarity. I like that we can see return shipments move through different stages and not guess what is happening. The notifications feel consistent and the wording is understandable for our team. I check it during the day and it usually matches what we hear from the shipper. My only gripe is that it can take a bit to learn where to look first when something changes.
Really useful exception alerts. I like that I can see issues before a customer pings us, and the messages are clear enough to act on. We started watching the same shipment in one place instead of bouncing around. The alerts are generally timely, though I wish I could adjust the wording a bit more. Still, I feel more aware of what is going on in transit.
Really impressed with the proactive delay alerts. We get a clear heads up when a shipment hits an exception so I am not guessing what happened. The messages are easy to understand and match what the customer sees on the tracking page. I did have to tweak a couple notification rules to fit our lanes, but once dialed in it has been consistent. The delivery status updates have stayed accurate enough for day to day use.
Pretty happy with the delivery notifications. I can see the same status changes our customers see, which makes it easier for me to stay on the same page internally. The wording in a couple of messages felt a little stiff, but it is still clear. Once it is turned on, the updates are steady and not noisy. I just wish the timing was a touch faster on rare exceptions.
Good at keeping deliveries transparent. I use the customer tracking view more than anything, because it keeps the status message consistent even when different carriers are involved. The branding options were straightforward, and we did not need a lot of back and forth to get it looking right. Sometimes a carrier status reads a little vague, so I still double check the raw update. Overall it feels trustworthy for day to day tracking.
Really solid visibility from one place. I like being able to check delivery progress across multiple locations without bouncing between different systems. When something comes in, I can look up the current status and the recent tracking history quickly. The automated logs make it easier for me to confirm what happened during a handoff. My only nit is that some screens take an extra click to get where I want. Overall, I feel comfortable relying on what I see.
Good visibility into shipment status. I like being able to pull up one place and see where something is in the delivery process. The tracking number on every label makes it simple when I need to reference a shipment later. I mainly use the desktop side and it has been dependable. My only complaint is that the layout takes a little getting used to. Once I learned where things live, I stopped thinking about it.
Really solid tracking view overall. I like being able to see delivery status without jumping between carrier sites. The live updates are usually quick, and I can tell where a package is in the process at a glance. Label creation feels straightforward even when I am moving fast. My only nit is that I sometimes want a bit more detail in the status wording, but it is still easy to follow.
