Really useful exception alerts. I like that I can see issues before a customer pings us, and the messages are clear enough to act on. We started watching the same shipment in one place instead of bouncing around. The alerts are generally timely, though I wish I could adjust the wording a bit more. Still, I feel more aware of what is going on in transit.

It is fine for visibility, kinda clunky sometimes. I like seeing all shipments in one spot, but the layout feels busy when I am trying to find one order fast. I still use it, just not my favorite screen.

I did have to test a few times to get the timing right for our workflow. Once it was tuned, it has been steady.
