Keeps dispatch in the loop. We use it mainly to watch trip progress across multiple drivers, and the live updates are easy to trust. I like that the status changes show up quickly when things move along. The only nit for me is it takes a little practice to know where to look first. Once I learned my routine, it felt steady. I still open it a few times a day just to confirm everything is on track.

Good for short term visibility. I have used it when I only wanted to share my location during a specific window, and it feels more private than leaving tracking on. On Android it has been responsive, with updates coming through smoothly. My one complaint is that it is not always obvious at a glance whether the share has fully ended. Overall, I trust it for quick check ins.
Pretty buggy during route viewing. I can see my assigned stops, but the map view sometimes freezes and I have to force close it. When that happens, the navigation restarts and I lose where I was in the list. I am not totally lost, but it is frustrating on a busy day. I wish the app felt more stable on Android.
Super helpful for sharing ETAs. We send customers the live ETA link and it cuts down on the back and forth texts. I like that the updates feel accurate as the driver moves along the route. Setting up the customer messages took me a minute to find, but once it was in place it has been easy to use. I wish the wording in the message templates was a little more customizable.

Not very smooth for driver tracking. I expected the map view to stay accurate, but our drivers kept showing in the wrong spot or not updating at all. I double checked phone permissions and data, and it still acted up. The back office view didn’t help me figure out what was wrong. I’m left guessing when the tracking will be reliable.
