Keeps dispatch in the loop. We use it mainly to watch trip progress across multiple drivers, and the live updates are easy to trust. I like that the status changes show up quickly when things move along. The only nit for me is it takes a little practice to know where to look first. Once I learned my routine, it felt steady. I still open it a few times a day just to confirm everything is on track.

59 reviews · average 4.2Good for short term visibility. I have used it when I only wanted to share my location during a specific window, and it feels more private than leaving tracking on. On Android it has been responsive, with updates coming through smoothly. My one complaint is that it is not always obvious at a glance whether the share has fully ended. Overall, I trust it for quick check ins.
Pretty buggy during route viewing. I can see my assigned stops, but the map view sometimes freezes and I have to force close it. When that happens, the navigation restarts and I lose where I was in the list. I am not totally lost, but it is frustrating on a busy day. I wish the app felt more stable on Android.
Super helpful for sharing ETAs. We send customers the live ETA link and it cuts down on the back and forth texts. I like that the updates feel accurate as the driver moves along the route. Setting up the customer messages took me a minute to find, but once it was in place it has been easy to use. I wish the wording in the message templates was a little more customizable.
Pretty solid for day to day dispatching. I like how the live map makes it easy to see where our drivers are without chasing updates. The barcode scans usually register fast and the proof of delivery is clear for our records. Setup took some time to get our workflow matched to the screens, but once it was configured it felt consistent. I do wish the notification wording was easier to tweak for different clients.
Pretty rough when I need to scan. I keep getting missed scans even though I hear the beep and see it flash. Then I have to back out and try again, which is frustrating on a busy stop. I also had it freeze mid route and I had to restart my phone to get it moving. I can work around it, but I do not trust it when things get hectic.
Decent, but not always smooth. I like being able to capture a photo at the stop so I do not have to remember details later. On the downside, the route order sometimes takes me a minute to trust, because it is not obvious why it chose that sequence. I also found the stop notes easy to miss when I am in a hurry. Once I slowed down and followed the screens, it worked fine. I just want it to feel a bit clearer during a busy day.
Really dependable for route planning. We use it to build daily routes and the optimizer usually makes sensible stops without much fuss. I like being able to compare what we planned versus what actually happened on the road, because it makes problems easy to spot. The map view updates in real time, so I am not guessing where a driver is during the day. The only nit is it takes a little clicking to tweak a route after it is generated.
Really solid for proof of delivery. I like that I can grab a signature and a quick photo right on the phone without juggling paperwork. The steps feel straightforward once you run a couple jobs, and it is clear what is done and what is still pending. Syncing back to the office usually happens fast, which keeps everyone on the same page. My only nit is that I had to remind myself where a couple buttons were at first.
Not very smooth for driver tracking. I expected the map view to stay accurate, but our drivers kept showing in the wrong spot or not updating at all. I double checked phone permissions and data, and it still acted up. The back office view didn’t help me figure out what was wrong. I’m left guessing when the tracking will be reliable.
Solid dashboard view for our team. I can see incoming inspection notes without digging through messages. The reporting is simple and readable when I need to look back at a shipment. I just wish the filters were a little easier to spot at first. Overall it feels organized and predictable.
