Really dependable for route planning. We use it to build daily routes and the optimizer usually makes sensible stops without much fuss. I like being able to compare what we planned versus what actually happened on the road, because it makes problems easy to spot. The map view updates in real time, so I am not guessing where a driver is during the day. The only nit is it takes a little clicking to tweak a route after it is generated.
Not impressed with the route optimization. We kept seeing routes that looked fine on screen, but in actual execution they did not match how the day unfolded. I expected tighter logic given the data coming in from tracking.
Kinda frustrating to set up. I kept getting lost trying to get the driver app working, and the proof of delivery stuff felt confusing. Maybe I just missed somthing but it wasnt smooth.
Really solid real time tracking. I like being able to compare planned vs actual runs, though the reporting layout took me a minute to understand.
