Really solid visibility from start to finish. I like having one dashboard where I can watch inventory levels and follow each order through delivery without hopping around. The status updates are usually clear enough that I do not have to guess what stage something is in. It took me a little time to learn where everything lives, but it is not overly technical. My only nit is that I sometimes wish the shipment updates refreshed a bit faster.

Small gripe, some report names feel similar and I had to open a few to find the right one.
