Happy with the reporting detail. I run reports to review driver activity and the filters make it straightforward to narrow down by vehicle and date. The layout is readable, and I do not have to export just to understand the basics. I also like that the numbers match what I see on the map, so I trust what I am looking at. Small gripe, some report names feel similar and I had to open a few to find the right one.
Decent tracking, but not always clear. I can see the vehicles in real time, which I like, yet the map view feels a little clutterd to me. I wish it was simpler to read.
Alerts got annoying fast. I turned on a few notifications and then we started getting way too many pings that did not match what I was seeing on the map. I spent more time tweaking settings than using it.
Not happy with the app. I tried to use it on my phone and it kept logging me out, so I gave up. I just need it to stay signed in.
