Useful dashboard, but it takes practice. I like having everything on one view so I can quickly confirm location and basic status. At the same time, the alert behavior was not obvious at first, and we had to spend time figuring out what should trigger what. Once it was set up, the info was consistent enough for daily checks. I still think the learning curve is a bit higher than it needs to be.
Pretty frustrating to rely on. I keep getting alerts that do not match what I am seeing on the equipment, so I end up second guessing it. For me, the sensor status just feels jumpy and unreliable.
Very dependable for dispatch accuracy. We find the live location view clear, and the overall tracking is easy to read even for me. Setup was a bit fussy, but once it is going it is great.
Pretty solid status visibility. I like checking trailer health at a glance, but the GPS refresh feels hit or miss sometimes.
