Driver app is mostly dependable. Our drivers can follow the stop list and mark progress without calling in for clarification. I have seen a few moments where it lagged on older phones, but it usually catches up. I like that I can check on a driver from my side when something seems off. Overall it feels steady for day to day delivery work.
Setup was mostly painless for us. I am not super techy, but the driver phone app was easy to understand right away. The proof of delivery part is the main reason we kept it, since I can pull it up without digging. Support answered my questions, though it took a bit to get the reply back. It is a good fit, just a little confusing the first day or two.
Really clean tracking updates overall. I like being able to see where a delivery is in real time, even if the ETA is not always perfect.
