It is fine for visibility, kinda clunky sometimes. I like seeing all shipments in one spot, but the layout feels busy when I am trying to find one order fast. I still use it, just not my favorite screen.

Reliable delivery notifications so far. We set up the automated messages and I can see when they go out, which helps me trust the process. The tone is customer friendly and not overly robotic. I did have to test a few times to get the timing right for our workflow. Once it was tuned, it has been steady.

Pretty happy with the real time status view. I can check where stuff is at without digging through emails. Sometimes the page takes a second to refresh, but it is manageable.
