Good at keeping deliveries transparent. I use the customer tracking view more than anything, because it keeps the status message consistent even when different carriers are involved. The branding options were straightforward, and we did not need a lot of back and forth to get it looking right. Sometimes a carrier status reads a little vague, so I still double check the raw update. Overall it feels trustworthy for day to day tracking.
Great API docs and predictable responses. I wired up tracking calls quickly and the status updates came back clean.
Setup went smoother than I expected. We hooked into our existing carriers and I did not have to chase down a bunch of custom work. A couple settings felt buried, but once it was in place it was fine. I would do it again.
Decent tracking, but not always intuitive. I like seeing shipment status in one place, but I still get confused by some of the status names between carriers. I wish the wording was more consistent. It works, I just have to double check sometimes.
