Really solid visibility from one place. I like being able to check delivery progress across multiple locations without bouncing between different systems. When something comes in, I can look up the current status and the recent tracking history quickly. The automated logs make it easier for me to confirm what happened during a handoff. My only nit is that some screens take an extra click to get where I want. Overall, I feel comfortable relying on what I see.
